This week's "Buongiorno ItaliaPass" comes from Federico at Caffè e Dolcezze bar and pastry shop. Grazie, Federico! I took a bunch of pictures for you of all their delicious "pasticcini" and cakes.
The mini pastries are sold by weight. When you order, they place them on a tray and wrap them in paper and tie it with ribbon, like a special gift! People often bring trays of these pastries, which are also called "mignon," when they are guests at someone's house for lunch or dinner.
The coffee you see there is a "caffè macchiato," which is an espresso with a bit of milk.
