Hello! I am Pakistan and I have been vaccinated: four dose, two sinovac two them are Pfizer booster. I am having issues while getting green pass. Is there anyone who can help and fasten the process since I cannot go anywhere or do anything without it. Thanks a lot for taking time to read and respond.

For your particular situation, I think your best option is to call the Italian health ministry's Covid-19 and green pass help line39 directly. They have English-speaking operators (when a person answers the phone you can say in Italian "Buongiorno, parla inglese?" and they'll either respond in English or find someone who can speak in English with you).
