Super Green Pass
Asked a question 2 years ago

Hi there, due to ski in feb half term with single dose teens. Is there a definite way to find out if teenagers with 1 dose of vaccination who are not yet eligible for the second dose qualify for the super GreenPass? I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the Italian website and the ski resort.??

I believe that if they have had the first dose then they qualify for the super green pass until they are eligible for the second dose, however you need QR code to validate this, I have the certificate to confirm first vaccination and so far it has been rejected as it does not have a recognisable QR code.

This guidance confirms this is the case: https://www.dgc.gov.it/web/faq.html#:~:text=In%20quanto%20tempo%20viene%20generata%20e%20per%20quanto%20tempo%20%C3%A8%20valida%20la%20Certificazione%3F73

We've emailed our resort our son's vaccine record from our GP for his 1st dose plus this guidance, waiting to hear back. Will update once I do

I’m in the same position as you Elisa. I emailed the ski pass operator and hsd a reply saying a doctors letter stating this would be fine, but then had a reply from the hotel saying they wouldn’t accept this , and only accept double vaccinated teens or recovery with one vaccine! Neither of those options we qualify! replies are so inconsistent, and guidelines not clear we still don’t know what to do! We cant get any money back from our tour operator and are very worried! It’s so stressful - been days trying to find out but keeping coming to a dead end! Sorry unable to answer your question! I don’t think there is a clear answer !
