I wish for 3 of us to travel from Rome Termini to Florence on 2 November 2022 and return to Rome on 15 November 2022. Are there no reserved seating tickets available? If not, how do we sit together?

I would recommend checking back on our website in a few months to view the updated November schedule. There will be high speed trains available where you can reserve your seats manually so you can sit with your fellow passengers.

Welcome to the Italiarail community. For seating  on regional trains there is no assigned seating, so when boarding you can sit in any available seating. On the high speed trains italiarail agents do not have the option to change seating on booked tickets. You can speak with a ticket officer at the train station, or with the conductor once the train departs, to rearrange your seats. They will do their very best to accommodate any changes.
