I have not been able to do this and it is annoying not being able to see all my tickets in one place. I Definitely would not recommend using ItaliaRail to book tickets.

Hello Paul and thanks for your question. At the current time, ItaliaRail doesn't offer an app or web page to track your various bookings; however, a planner app is in the works and will enter development this summer.
In the meantime though, I can recommend the app Tripit8 as a way to organize your various bookings. You can forward all of your ItaliaRail booking emails to your Tripit account and it will organize everything for you there.
