My family is traveling to Rome next week. I just bought a ItaliaPass Primo for $99 and three companions for family members at $49. We are about to book a train as well as an ItaliaTour.
I understand the $50 train benefit does not apply to Companion members as that discount is already reflected in the $49 price (Rather that $99).
How does the $100 automatic refund on the first ItaliaTours tour work for Companion members? I assume the $100 tour refund is available per Companion member so I would get a total of $400 refunded ($100 x 4 members)? Otherwise, one would purchase the $99 pass and get the $50 train benefit and the $100 ItaliaTours benefit.
Thanks for clarification.
