I will be traveling to Italy in March 2023. I purchased a Trenitalia Executive pass but when I activated it, it did not give me the option of putting in a start date so it activated it as of Feb 8 but I don't need it until March 11 for my first train trip. I have spoken to their online chat (no help), I called for assistance during the hours they said they were open and the service said something in Italian then just dead air; and I finally have requested a refund but have not heard anything since. Does anyone know how I can get help in English to get this sorted? or is my money lost forever?
