If that's the case, then there's one correction in the first line: Rome (FCO) is the airport, so in Italian that would be listed as \"Fiumicino Aeroporto\" not Roma Termini; however, perhaps in your itinerary you have to change trains at Rome's main train station, Roma Termini, before heading to Florence (Firenze S.M.N.). A few trains go directly from FCO airport (Fiumicino Aeroporto) to Florence, and other itineraries require you get off at Termini and switch to a different train for Florence. So just double check your particular itinerary on that one to see which is the case for you.
San Gimignano is an hour's drive outside of Florence, so you'll need additional transport from the central Florence train station (S.M.N.) to get to your hotel. Most people rent a car to get to the hill towns of Tuscany that aren't easily accessible with trains/public transport. The best option is probably to ask your hotel what they recommend in terms of transport. Once you arrive at the Poggibonsi station you'll need additional transport to get to your hotel, which is a 20 min. drive from the train station, so probably a taxi, or ask your hotel if they can arrange for your transport from the train station.
