Two questions please…. Firstly, we are trying to book the day train from Naples to Palermo on 17 October. When will these come online for sale. Does the train fare include the ferry tickets? Secondly, also trying to book Milan to Paris on 1 November. I realise this is All Saints Day in both countries. Does this mean tickets will take a while before they are for sale? A couple of options are showing up but they are very expensive. Thank you in advance.
